Not every ticketing tool has a dedicated connector, and it does not need one. The generic ITSM connector is in the Mindlapse integrations catalog with activation to come: each Action Tracker ticket change leaves as a signed outbound webhook (HMAC), and the tool answers through the Mindlapse API.

-
Planned: changes out, signed
Every change on an Action Tracker ticket (creation, assignment, status, deadline) is sent to your endpoint as a webhook the receiver can verify.
-
Planned: status back, through the API
Your tool writes back the execution status through the API, so the Action Tracker reads the same state as the team doing the work.
