Your projects rarely slip because security was too demanding. They slip because it arrived last, from outside the team, in a language delivery does not speak. Mindlapse moves the decision to the start: the project owner declares the initiative in business words, Ernest drafts the analysis, your experts validate, and the project ships with its controls and its evidence attached.
One intake for every initiative · Business, IT and security on one record · Closure proven, not declared
The week belongs to delivery; the quarter is where the promises come due.
Security keeps pace with delivery when the decision happens at the start, the routine is assisted, and closure is granted on evidence.

Your week
MON 09:15
The replatforming declared itself at intake, in business words.
Criticality and exposure routed it to analyst review; two low-exposure changes took the assisted fast track the same morning.
Surface: Security by Design
TUE 11:30
The analysis of the new customer portal was due.
Ernest proposed it with its sources and a confidence level; your analyst accepted two recommendations, rejected one, and the trail kept both decisions.
Surface: Risk Analysis
alert: WED 14:00
The legacy billing interface could not meet the requirement.
It entered the derogation lane with compensating measures, an approver at the right level and an expiry that reopens the decision.
Surface: Derogation lane
THU 10:00
The architect, the DPO and the supplier were each waiting on the others.
The action plan named all three on one record, and the assignments and deadlines reached the team’s Microsoft Teams channel.
Surface: Action queue
verified: FRI 15:00
The go-live review met.
It read the same board as security: every action by stage, and closure granted on the evidence attached, not on a status.

WEEK 3
Obsolescence review.
Every derogation with its expiry, its coverage and its weight on posture, on one lane.

WEEK 8
The outsourcer’s renewal.
Assessed in the context of the service it runs; its remediation a joint action plan that both sides accept, reject or counter-propose.

WEEK 12
IT steering.
Closure rates and SLA delivery by organization, read from the queue, not rebuilt for the meeting.

A few minutes at intake. The project owner answers a wizard in business words: what the initiative does, its exposure, the data it touches. The security translation, classification, baseline controls and analysis happen on the platform side, and the routing follows from that declaration.
Does Mindlapse hook into our CI/CD pipeline or scan our code?
No. Nothing runs in your pipeline and no code is scanned. The shift-left is one of governance: the decision, the baseline controls and the exception are settled before and during build, and your engineering toolchain keeps doing what it does.
Does the AI decide in place of my architects?
No. Ernest proposes, with a confidence level and the sources behind each suggestion, and a person accepts, corrects or rejects; the decision is written to the trail with the name of whoever made it. The models are open-source, hosted in Europe, and never trained on your data.
Who needs to be on the platform, and what does a seat cost?
Everyone the project touches: project owners, architects, the DPO, internal audit, your suppliers’ contacts. Users are contractually unlimited and the subscription is set by the headcount band of the organization in scope, so nobody is left off the record to save a seat.
How do we prove, at go-live and at audit, that the project did what it said?
From the records that ran the project. An action closes on evidence, the changed control, the attached artefact, the re-scored risk, and the trail says who verified it. Ernest checks a claim against the evidence on file and returns a verdict with its sources, or says it cannot.
