- Duration: Persists for security validation purposes.
2.3 Functionality and Preference Cookies
- Purpose: Remember your preferences (e.g., language, display settings).
- Duration: Persists across sessions.
2.4 Support and Help Center Cookies (Featurebase)
- Purpose: Enable access to our support center, help documentation, and changelog. Featurebase cookies track your help center interactions to improve support quality and personalize your experience.
- Provider: Featurebase (third-party service integrated for customer support functionality). Featurebase is configured for Mindlapse to disable all non-EU data transfers, including Sentry and PostHog analytics, and analytics cookies.
- Duration: Persists to maintain support session continuity and improve help center recommendations.
3. No Consent Required for Essential Cookies
All cookies used by Mindlapse, including those from Featurebase (please refer to : https://help.featurebase.app/en/articles/1850646-cookie-policy for details), are essential for Platform operation and user support delivery. They do not require explicit user consent under GDPR or ePrivacy Directive, as they are strictly necessary for service delivery. You cannot disable these cookies without losing access to core Platform functionality and support features.
4. Third-Party Services
Mindlapse uses Featurebase to provide support, help center, and changelog functionality. Featurebase may deposit cookies on your device for these purposes. Mindlapse does not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or marketing platforms that are unrelated to Platform operation.
Featurebase may use certain US-based subprocessors (e.g., Sentry for error monitoring) under Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures. A complete list of subprocessors and transfer mechanisms is available here :
