Every great venture starts with a question.

In 2024, we stepped back to look at the state of cyber governance. Compliance obligations were growing. Tools were multiplying. Reports were everywhere — and yet, the real picture of risk remained blurry. We spoke with CISOs, risk managers, and operational teams. The frustration was clear: traditional GRC solutions were slow, reactive, and too far removed from the field.

That’s when we decided to do things differently.

We imagined a platform built not around documentation, but around decisions. One that helps organizations understand their risk exposure, focus on what truly matters, and respond with speed and precision. A platform that works with — not against — the operational reality of security teams.

In early 2025, we founded Mindlapse with a simple mission :

Turn cybersecurity into a lever for informed decisions — not just compliance.

Our goal isn’t just to build better tools. It’s to reshape the way organizations think about governance — turning it into a strategic capability that connects risk, action, and business priorities.

With AI as a core component, not an afterthought. We believe cybersecurity can (and should) be smarter, more contextual, and truly empowering.
